  • the xephites believe that protecting nature is the highest good, but their understanding of good is skewed
  • the xephites favor armor molded with decorative tentacles
  • all xephites await a mythical savior

The Pellanate
  • the pellanate are mantis-men
  • solitary pellanate are often bounty hunters and are to be feared
  • the pellanate are prone to alcoholism


The Jing-Leer
  • the jing-leer are schemers, tricksters, and bandits
  • the jing-leer enjoy psychedelic drugs
  • a jing-leer always honors his oaths
