Oh man, super creepy. The centipede neck maybe most of all. I like Flying Frog's yokai art for their "Forbidden Fortress" set for Shadows of Brimstone, but it's not nearly as visceral and decomposing as this is.

I played the SHIT out of this game when I found it ... Super creepy and loads of fun.
